Location: Hybrid- St. Louis, Missouri
Role Value Proposition
This position is responsible for timely filing of federal and state tax returns for a variety of entities including corporations and partnerships. Calculates GAAP income tax provisions utilizing provision software.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares federal, state, and local income tax returns for U.S. partnerships and corporations- Prepares GAAP income tax provisions and disclosures to meet financial reporting deadlines
- Utilize software and systems to improve quality of work process and increase efficiency
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an applicable field of expertise
Preferred:
Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail is critical
