.Net Developer (Remote)

YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

Metova's engineering team is looking for a .NET Developer to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and technical, with the passion to help shape the delivery of software products for customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The .Net Developer will work with a growing development team to perform the following responsibilities:

• Implement new features in an existing microservice-based application
• Collaborate with team members on infrastructure, deployment, and testing
• Suggest improvements
• Other development projects to be assigned
  
  
  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in an Agile development environment
• Work closely with a team to implement tests for critical software component changes
• Quickly diagnose and repair system issues
• Implement business processes into code
• Work with the team to advise on proper database, network, and system configuration
  
  
  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Work in an Agile development environment
• Experience with .NET, .NET Core, or .NET Framework applications
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience with source control tools like git
• Good team member (responsive communication and attentiveness to others)
• Two (2) years employment experience developing business APIs and developing custom reports
• Experience with C#, SQL, MVC Architecture, and REST API services
  
  
  

We consider it a plus if you have experience with:

• Experience with ElasticSearch and other AWS services
• Ability to quickly learn existing application architecture for the purposes of upgrading those applications
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience writing technical documentation
