Responsibilities

  • Directs and supervises activities of all plant supervisors, production, cost estimating, and all personnel who are involved in manufacturing.
  • Production and material estimate for quoting parts.
  • Analyzes current methods, recommends and implements changes to processes.
  • Sets goals and monitors to implement process improvements.
  • Hire personnel and maintain manning levels in proportion to business levels.
  • Oversees the maintenance of the production equipment.
  • Ensure compliance to ISO 9001-2015 requirements.
  • Responsible to lead Safety committee and related EHS programs
  • Coordinate with Sales and Finance to meet company objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of the principles and methods of machining.
  • The ability to write clear and concise machine instructions.
  • Computer Skills
  • Complete understanding of CNC machining.
  • Ability to use C.A.M. software.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 standards and AS9100.
  • Manage and maintain schedule plan and job scheduling.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills
  • Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to optimize profitability.
  • Inspiring and motivating employees through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards

Proficiency in using manufacturing software and ERP systems
