What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Director position at Metric?
Metric Bio is delighted to be in a retained partnership with a leading digital health company in the Cardiology space.
They are looking for a Director of Sales in the Midwest US.
In this role, you will responsible for leading the full sales cycle from prosect to close, drive dramatic sales growth, set sales strategies, partner with internal resource and use your network to gain access to key healthcare stakeholders. You'll also own a large geography, across Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.

Where you must be located:
- Preferably in Chicago, Illinois.
- Alternatively, you can be located elsewhere in Illinois.
- May be open to candidates located in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa
Experience you must have:
- 7 Years experience in Sales within Cardiac Rhythm Management, Electrophysiology and/or Cardiac Remote Monitoring, Cardiology Management Software.
- Management experience is a plus!
- Capital Sales experience is also a plus!
- Hunter mentality over Pharma.
- Experience selling complex solutions, with focus calling upon Electrophysiologist, Device Clinic Managers and Practice Administration.
- Bachelors degree.
