We are on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced Demand Generation Marketer to take charge of our marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, with the goal of driving lead generation and achieving Acquisition, CAC and CPA targets. You will be the driving force behind creating high-performing, full-funnel campaigns that integrate all customer touch points.
What you’ll do
  • Develop the overall strategy for marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, management, execution, and analysis
  • Integrate various customer touchpoints such as performance, email and in-product marketing into impactful, full-funnel campaigns
  • Work hand-in-hand with content producers to optimize lead generation campaigns such as ebooks, guides, webinars for conversion and pipeline nurturing
  • Oversee all aspects of campaign launches including the development of creative, on-brand, and engaging content
  • Consistently test and provide creative insights, working with design and digital execution teams to launch and test dedicated campaign landing pages
  • Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to develop comprehensive reports that summarize the performance of campaigns
  • Write compelling copy for product and page updates, as well as edit marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness
  • Monitor the results of ongoing paid marketing channels and provide guidance to optimize campaigns based on platform and business results data

Who you are
  • Experienced - You have 3-5 years of proven experience in demand generation marketing, including the management of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledgeable - Strong knowledge of campaign production and delivery
  • Collaborative - Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing, content production, design, and digital execution teams
  • Analytical - Strong analytical mindset, with experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Innovative - An innovative thinker, constantly looking for untapped opportunities and ways to meet revenue goals
  • Adaptable - Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Articulate - You have a knack for writing compelling copy and a meticulous eye for editing marketing collateral
  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or English
  • Experience Required: 3 years

The base pay range for this role is $74,800 - $124,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
