Full-Time Onsite Account Manager - Healthcare Industry

Our Award Winning Client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team in the Healthcare industry. With numerous accolades and a national presence, our client is a leader in providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Retain and service assigned commercial groups.
• Provide strategic oversight for accounts, including annual renewal negotiations and contract reviews.
• Consult with clients and identify opportunities to expand services and relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring balanced retention and financial performance.
• Conduct public speaking engagements and group presentations.
• Collaborate with Account Management Team to achieve revenue targets.
• Support clients throughout the Southwest Oregon Region.
• Drive as necessary for client meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3 years of experience in insurance industry sales or service with direct client contact.
• Proficiency in public speaking and group presentations.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Coverage.
• Residential State Insurance License (Oregon).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in insurance industry sales or service.
• Strong understanding of Health Plan operations and customer service.
• Experience with Health Plan software systems.
