Job Description:

Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality ambulatory clinic care, ensuring efficient clinic operations and exceptional clinical services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize day-to-day operations within the clinic under the guidance of the Clinical Services Director (CSD).
• Supervise clinic staff and coordinate clinic workflows to optimize the delivery of clinical services.
• Develop and mentor clinic team members, ensuring engagement and adherence to policies and workflows.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to care plans and documentation protocols, including timely response to physician orders.
• Evaluate coordination and services quality in collaboration with relevant interdisciplinary team members.
• Serve as the audit lead for clinical elements during regulatory audits, and develop and monitor corrective action plans for ongoing compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Valid, unencumbered registered nurse (RN) state license required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience overseeing ambulatory clinic operations, including supervising clinical staff.
• Proficiency in data analysis and healthcare management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
