Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized organization with a track record of excellence, is seeking a Director of Risk Management to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and direct Risk Management and Loss Prevention programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct Risk Management and Loss Prevention programs from an operational perspective.
• Oversee the development and implementation of strategies to mitigate risk and minimize loss.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Risk Management team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Utilize computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to support program initiatives.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate for providing services relevant to the patient's age.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field, with a preference for a BSN.
• Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of clinical experience or Risk Management experience.
• At least three (3) years of leadership experience in a related field.
• Current RN license in the state of Nevada required if Registered Nurse.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred.

Skills and Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of Clinical experience or Risk Management experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.

Pay: $99,510.00 - $131,851.00 per year
