Full-Time Onsite Position

The Food Service Director plays a crucial role in overseeing dining operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery in alignment with our client's mission and vision. Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to optimize their contributions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Develop and execute dining solutions that meet customer preferences and nutritional standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in all operations.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress effectively.
• Manage budgetary concerns, including cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
• Implement Aramark's agenda for labor and food initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Maintain records to comply with regulatory standards and client requirements.
• Develop and implement food service plans aligned with sustainable practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in food service.
• 1-3 years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and customers.
• Proficient in operational and financial management.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with other departments.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $60,100.00 - $70,100.00 per year
