Job Description:

Position Summary: We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated General Manager with proven expertise in concrete formwork or rebar. This role requires strong leadership, organizational acumen, and a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

• Strategically direct and lead the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Drive employee engagement and development initiatives to maximize team performance.

Business Development and Sales:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating key client relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.

Operations and Project Management:

• Oversee all aspects of operations, including project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Monitor project performance metrics, implementing corrective actions for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, promoting a culture of adherence to best practices.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and analyze variances.
• Drive operational efficiency and profitability through resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic plans for long-term objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in concrete formwork or rebar industry.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, and operations management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound judgment, decision-making abilities, and a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
