Our Award Winning Client is seeking a skilled Medical Lab Tech / Medical Technologist to join their team. This is a full-time onsite position with paid relocation.

Key Qualifications:

• Medical Lab Tech certification required
• Associates in Clinical Lab Science
• Hospital experience preferred
• Strong technical skills in laboratory testing
• Familiarity with OSHA, CLIA, and Joint Commission regulations
• Ability to respond to codes, traumas, and emergencies promptly
• Competency in operating and maintaining laboratory instruments
• Proficient in maintaining quality control and accurate record-keeping

Position Summary: Our Award Winning Client, an industry leader operating nationally, is offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus for the successful candidate. As a Medical Lab Tech / Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for various laboratory testing procedures, collaborating with the Laboratory Director, Pathologists, and Technologists. The night shift is from 8:00 pm - 6:00 am, with a schedule of 7 nights on / 7 nights off.

Essential Duties:

• Conduct specimen collection through venipuncture and various culture techniques
• Adhere to OSHA, CLIA, and Joint Commission regulations
• Work independently, demonstrating self-sufficiency
• Respond promptly to codes, traumas, and emergencies
• Operate and maintain all laboratory instruments, ensuring quality control
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and handle data entry and retrieval of patient results
• Accession patient specimens and report STAT results within 60 minutes
• Perform manual tests as required and set up bacteria on appropriate media
