Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing and medical care plans.
• Provide compassionate and comprehensive patient care according to established protocols and standards.
• Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Stay abreast of current healthcare trends and technologies to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Experience:

• Relevant clinical experience in healthcare setting

Certification and Licensure:

• Active RN license in the state of practice

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in medical record documentation systems
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $80,720.00 - $115,515.00 per year
