Job Description: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with various medical procedures. Key job skills include clinical assessment, patient monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Provide patient and family education regarding healthcare procedures and conditions.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and protocols.

Must-Haves:

• Possess or eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).

Bonus Opportunity: Qualified candidates are eligible for a SIGNING BONUS of $15,000 with a 2-year commitment or $20,000 with a 3-year commitment.
