Job Title: Registered Nurse (Home Health)

Our Award Winning Client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their growing home health care team in Arlington Heights, IL. This role focuses on delivering exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring personalized attention and treatment in a familiar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home nursing care, working collaboratively with the care team to develop and manage individualized care plans.
- Perform patient assessments, administer treatments, and offer education to both patients and their families.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Travel within the local area to visit patients at their homes.
Top Skills Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (home health experience preferred).
- Active RN license in the state of Illinois.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
- BLS and CPR certifications (support available for obtaining if necessary).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
What You Need to Know:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with flexible hours, no extended shifts, and minimal weekend requirements.
- Onboarding: Includes a comprehensive 6-week RN orientation program.
- Travel: Local travel is necessary (mileage reimbursement provided).

Compensation:
- Pay Structure: Pay-Per-Visit with a guaranteed orientation pay for the first 6 months.
- Guaranteed Stipend: $3,000 per pay period for the first 6 months.
- Performance Bonuses: Outcome-based bonus of $1,000 per quarter and unlimited earning potential based on performance.
