```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a part time position with very flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and implement office organization system; including file management, mail retrieval, and overall organization.
-Identify and implement cost/time saving strategies to help ensure efficiency.
-Assist with mail retrieval, sorting, and filing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
