You would be responsible for generating new leads, meeting sales goals and taking care of current clients. You will work with local businesses to help them thrive and grow through successful marketing and advertising campaigns in a variety of different media platforms.

• The team members we are looking for should:

o Love working with and building relationships with other people & businesses in their territory and/or community.

o Have a record of success in Digital advertising sales, Print sales, Phone sales. B2B sales or all the above.

o Have a record of success in consultative sales and territory management.

o Be capable of building and maintaining relationships with local businesses

o Be able to set your schedule weekly for contact with prospects both new & old over the phone and in person to promote advertising that would best benefit the client.

• Our Sales Rep Requirements:

o Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or work experience in a related field.

o Experience in sales.

o A commitment to excellence in sales & service to our clients.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both team members & clients.

o Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

o Competency in Microsoft applications & CRM applications.

o Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
