What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Metro Extended Stay Hotel?
Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay.
* Be an assistant to the GM & AGM
* Must be flexible with time & schedule
* Must be a TEAM worker
* Must be willing to work and or help in different departments
*Help guests complete registration cards, verify method of payments and follow established credit and cash handling procedures.
*Works closely with housekeeping department in keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work.
*Maintain staff and guest key control
*Know room locations, types of rooms,room availability and room rates
*Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping staff by notifying housekeeping of all check outs, early check ins and special requests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
