Responsibilities:
Responsible for oversight of Full Time and FFS physical, occupational and speech therapists through field supervision and case management of Rehab patient files. Also assists Rehab Educator in any Rehab-related orientation and staff education. Mentors all new hires under their jurisdiction. Insures all staff complies with regulations, Agency and departmental goals.
