CarolinaPower is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in the Charleston, SC area responsible for the profitable execution of electrical projects within various markets. The preferred candidate will have experience in the Federal market and a familiarity of the Charleston area and have an established network of contacts. The Project Manager will manage safety, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, profits, and sales growth for concurrent projects involving one or more customers. Qualified candidates MUST have electrical experience.
What you will do:
- Manage various projects & personnel
- Facilitate constant process improvement in production and efficiency to optimize output of the field workforce.
- Scheduling, estimating, managing budget process, ordering materials & coordinating deliveries
- Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents.
- Take prompt action to resolve any customer complaints
What we are looking for:
- At least 5 years prior experience in electrical construction with focus in DOD, healthcare, industrial or premiere commercial is needed.
- Valid driver's license and insured personal transportation is required
- 2-4 experience with estimating, scheduling, and budget processes
- Basic knowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E
- Ability to manage risk & profitability successfully
