MetroStar Systems is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Project Coordinator to join one of our most strategic programs. Our idea candidate is extremely organized, a great communicator, and highly motivated to become a future Project Manager.
As a Project Coordinator you'll have access to senior program and executive leaders who will provide hands-on mentorship that will become the foundation for the next step in your career.

- A strong ability to multi-task and keep key stakeholders informed and on track
- Experience navigating and influencing other team members through understanding
- A career roadmap laid out, which includes becoming a project manager
You'll love our Project Coordinator position if you have (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit):
- 2 years' experience coordinating and organizing different functions within multi-leveled teams
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Teams, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience maintaining and organizing complex schedules
- An active, or the ability to obtain, a Public Trust clearance

- A bachelor's degree
- Experience working within a government environment
