Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables

Job Summary:
MetroWest Subaru is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables professional to join our team in Natick, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial stability of our dealership by overseeing all accounts payable and accounts receivables functions. This is a full-time, hourly administrative position in the fast-paced auto industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain all accounts payable and accounts receivables records
- Accurately enter and code invoices, credits, and payments into the accounting system
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers
- Monitor and follow up on past due accounts
- Prepare and process bank deposits
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivables records to general ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Generate and review financial reports to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting files
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the auto industry but not required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must pass a background check and drug test
