At our Billerica, MA manufacturing headquarters we are producing medium complexity, high volume products to high complexity, low volume systems that are used in pharmaceutical, microelectronics, power, Ultra-Pure Water applications and treatment, microbial detection, and complex Lab systems such as chemical and particle size distribution, IR and Raman Spectroscopy technology.The Production Manager is responsible for the overall performance of our production areas to meet all requirements for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will be responsible for ensuring production schedule integrity and leading and developing a diverse team of operators, technicians, and leads to meet our growing customer demand. This role is also responsible for supporting and driving LEAN implementation within production and ensuring all current initiatives are adhered to such as 5S, Takted Flow Lines, Hour by Hour boards and Disturbance Tracking and assisting in our overall LEAN journey. Our Production Manager will own the development and growth of the employees in line with cross training and development plans to create a strong team that is both dependable and agile, while ensuring training records are kept in accordance with relevant ISO or customer requirements.
Salary : $94,800 - $120,000
