This role is remote with candidate within 2 hours of Billerica MA or Columbus OH.
With guidance from the Service Area Leader, you will research and define serviceability requirements and new service offerings within new product development programs. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background and an affinity for marketing and service products. A multi-faceted role, with global collaboration.
Responsibilities:
* Administration and Management - Administer and manage the service product portfolio within our information systems. Manage portfolio development and maintenance in support of global deployments.
* Production and Reporting - Create periodic materials and reports for service sales, operations and quality improvement initiatives from BI tools.
* Project Specification and Plan - Develop project specifications and plans for new service products and programs and for the service elements of new products.
* Product and Program Development - Manage the development of and launch; support, sales, marketing and delivery materials and processes for new service products and programs. This will require field-based work for deploying and training.
* Market Research - Research and document market requirements for new service products and programs and for product serviceability improvements and solutions. Collaborate in developing a business case for new service offerings, programs and product features.
* Marketing Programs - Provide guidance and input for the development and delivery of marketing materials, content and campaigns. Analyze and report on marketing program effectiveness.
* Travel - 10% -15% domestic or international travel for collaborating with various global groups.
