Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeep with preferably a background in food or hospitality. Qualified, experienced bookkeeping experience to include assisting the GM with AP, AR, meal plan billing, review, report and understanding of unit financials.
Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper with preferably a background in food or hospitality. Our Bookkeeper will also act as a Front of House Supervisor during busy periods and provide general accounting and administrative assistance to the General Manager. We are seeking an individual with high energy, savvy customer relations skills and strong financial experience including AR/AP/Payroll.

- Invoicing and tracking payments
- Bank and Credit reconciliations
- Payroll and Onboarding
- Strong Communication Skills
- Impeccable work ethic and dynamic leadership skills
- Food/Hospitality Industry experience a plus!
