JOB SUMMARY
The Records Driver will operate a company mobile shred truck to perform pickups and deliveries of bins & consoles for Records Management accounts. Deliveries must be completed in a timely and professional manner while maintaining accuracy and meeting company standards for safety, security, and productivity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Safe operation of company vans, mobile shred trucks, and box trucks (16’ – 18’)
- Conducts vehicle inspections such as pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify maintenance defects and ensure the vehicle is in proper working order to ensure safe operations.
- Maintains a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times by wearing the required company uniform and behaving in a manner that conveys a professional image to customers and the general public at all times.
- Provides superior customer service and fosters positive customer relations to ensure an atmosphere of quality customer service, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Knowledge of Westchester & lower CT areas
- Complete work in the warehouse as needed.
- Adheres to all workplace policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned within the scope of the job.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Some repetitive lifting, bending, pushing & pulling.
- The work environment changes daily, but a normal day consists of driving a truck with a multiple stop route. Due to changes in our customer needs, some days will require manual labor and no driving.
- Some physical requirements include lifting 75 pounds, driving, carrying items up or downstairs, and working in all types of weather environments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field
- Valid Driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to problem solve
