The Marketing Team at Meyer’s is a powerhouse team that focuses on SEO, SEM, email, social media and website optimization—all while building real, life-changing connections with our customers! We serve all 5 business units at Meyer’s to build and maintain the heart, soul and standards we love. We are looking for the person who understands the “other” side of social media. What Winning Looks Like:
- Be enthusiastic about telling the Meyer’s story across a variety of social media platforms to promote the company’s brand and increase customer awareness.
- Create and post compelling content that engages our customers, is in-line with our brand and that educates, entertains, and informs.
- Manage multiple accounts and schedule posts to reach the maximum audience.
- Be the voice of Meyer’s on all social media platforms and react and respond to all reviews and comments.
- Identify the target audience and schedule and promote posts to maximize exposure.
- Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development of new social content.
- Keep up to date on the latest trends and social media channels to connect with our tribe and increase brand recognition in white space.
Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field of study
- 2-4 years of social and content marketing experience
- Initiative-taking, detail-oriented and results-driven
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
- A good listener who can voice their opinion and take feedback
- A good planner but flexible to respond to daily business matters
- Proficient with Canva, Adobe, Word, Excel, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, etc.
- Knowledgeable about performance analytics
- Familiarity with the Meyer’s principles
