- Shift leads with previous fast-casual restaurant experience who can lead our team members to success.
Responsibilities
- Relay allergen and nutritional information to guests as requested
- Mezeh provides customers with fresh, from scratch daily crafted Mediterranean food at a great price in an environment that pushes the fast-casual envelope.
- There’s nothing cookie-cutter about Mezeh’s uncompromising approach to providing customers with a premium fast-casual dining experience.
- Assist in accountability of all financial responsibilities; building sales, lowering food cost, improving labor controls, managing R & M and store expenses
- Mezeh is passionate about finding the boldest and brightest flavor combinations possible.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
