What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher (2024 Season) position at Mezzanine?
Mezzanine is an innovative restaurant in Egg Harbor from the creators of Tine & Cellar and Mikey’s in Central Wisconsin. With deep roots in Door County, the food and beverage program feel native to the area with an elevated twist. Individuals holding this title will be responsible for operating the bar via the direction of the Restaurant Manager. Employees in this position will be required (but not limited) to performing the tasks listed.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work station
- Clean dishes while keeping up with the demands of a fast paced restaurant
- Learn the layout of the kitchen to put restock clean dishes throughout
- Work various shifts to fit restaurant needs
- Work professionally with fellow employees
- Maintain scheduling availability as agreed upon during the hiring process
- Show up on time to scheduled shifts, missing work only in the event of sickness or emergency (proper notice required when applicable)
- Perform additional tasks as instructed by any member of management
- Help fellow team members with any and all tasks needed
This position could start as early as mid-April 2023, and end as late as October 31st 2023. We also have employment opportunities at other locations for those who wish to relocate after the end of the season.
Salary : $15 - $17
