- Order Entry and Invoicing
- Must have knowledge or Windows, Outlook, Excel and a comfortable in learning a new system as a tool to perform daily functions.
- Communication with Customers, Vendors, & Sales Reps Answering phone and filing.
- Must have good attendance.
- Must have positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Must possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
- Must have the ability to function in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to multi task.
- Must have good organization skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be a team player and willing to help out with any task or in any area outside their normal work requirement.
- Must have good data entry skills.
- Special projects and other tasks that may be assigned as needed.
- Full time position comes with Simple IRA Retirement Program effective after 6 months.
