We are a fast-growing law firm in Northern New Jersey. We are on a mission to prevent parental and legal injustices against Fathers and Men. Our mission is to help good fathers and their children stay together despite a divorce or family law situation; we also want to ensure that no man gets left behind by the legal system or run over by their spouse!
We are looking for a high-level VP of Operations of the firm to get us to reach our target goals.

If you are ready for a role that's as dynamic as a courtroom drama and as pivotal as a landmark case. The position is executive level (aka the Legal World’s COO). You will be the maestro of all parts of our company’s operations!
You'll partner with our fearless Owner and build the crème de la crème of the executive team to plot our strategy roadmap, sprinkle some leadership magic, and basically make sure we're the law firm equivalent of a Fortune 500 organization.
Compensation:
$150,000 - $175,000
Responsibilities:
Daily/Weekly:

Coffee with the Owner to brainstorm to implement the Business Plan

Play matchmaker between goals and budgets. (We love a good romance)

Infuse our culture with high-fives and can-do attitudes
-
Supervising our squad (aka review and manage production pipeline)

Manage and lead sales metrics
-
Chairperson of Policies and Procedures to devise, document, implement and enforce

Qualifications:
You’re Perfect If You:
-
Have been in a COO role before with a side of legal flair (aka bachelor’s or MBA degree in business, accounting, or related field). Being certified as a Professional Legal Administrator or CLM by ALA is preferred but not required but you should have proficiencies in the items listed: https://www.alanet.org/education/credentialing

Have significant supervisory experience and experience working in a professional services firm.

Experience with budgeting, and bookkeeping, gets super excited about flowcharts and fiscal forecasts, human resources, and operational process refinement (bonus points if you have implemented and run EOS in your prior experience)

Are “in the know” about the latest technology and profitability trends to ensure the Firm is maximizing technology and resource developments to increase capacity, efficiency, and profits
