Casino Attendant needed for weekend closer position.

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure the well-being of guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform basic math calculations to calculate totals, discounts, and change
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to handle cash responsibly while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
