What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at MG Properties?

MG Properties is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Haven at Charbonneau Apartments in Wilsonville, OR!
The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
Qualifications:
- Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance!
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
- Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
- Prefer HVAC certified! Training available.
