Job Description:
As a Full-charge Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the following functions of Bookkeeping and Accounting:
- AP/AR
- Invoicing
- AIA Billing
- Progress Billing
- Payroll
- Reconciliation
- Job Costing
- Cash Flow Management
- Budget Analysis
- Debt Management
- Create financial statements and related financial reports
- Remit payroll taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, and income taxes
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years Bookkeeping experience
- 5 years AR/AP management
- 5 years experience in cashflow management and budget analysis
- Ability to generate month to month P&L, Balance Sheets, Aging Summaries, etc.
- 5 years experience with Quickbooks Online
Preferred
- Bachelors in Finance or Accounting
- Construction Accounting experience
- At least 1 year of AIA Billing experience
- Knowledge of construction related billing systems

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
