We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate activities, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring the well-being of each child in your care.

```Responsibilities```
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the daycare's curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children
- Supervise and engage children in educational activities
- Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary
- Administer first aid when needed
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure the smooth operation of the facility

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Classroom management: Ability to create a structured and organized learning environment
- First aid: Knowledge of basic first aid procedures to ensure the safety of children
- Infant care: Experience in caring for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
- Early childhood education: Understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Toddler care: Ability to meet the unique needs of toddlers, including potty training and promoting independence
- Nannying: Experience in providing one-on-one care for young children
- Childhood development: Knowledge of developmental milestones and how to support children's growth in all areas
- Caregiving: Ability to provide nurturing care and meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of children
- Daycare: Familiarity with daycare regulations and best practices
