THE JOB: We are hiring for seven (7) Sales Associate roles!
Tutto Sales Associate: (6 part time on-call openings w/the potential to move into full time) Connect customers with a range of products, from essentials to luxury items, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Highlight Bellagio At-Home amenities, Elaina London Jewelry, premium skin and hair care brands, beverages, candies, cigars, and fine wines. Make shopping at Tutto enjoyable and gift selection effortless.

Pool Sales Associate: (1 part time on-call position) Deliver unparalleled service at our Bellagio shop at the Pool Retail Store. Professionally market general merchandise and fashion items for men and women, including swimwear, beverages, and snacks, drive sales, and maintain an inviting environment. Create memorable moments and elevate the shopping experience for all who visit. Please keep in mind this position is outdoors - shade and refreshing beverages will be provided during shift.
Pool Hours: 8am - 7pm
THE STARTING PAY RATE: $17.00/HR
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Engage guests with exceptional service, creating memorable moments
- Assist guests efficiently, maintain a tidy and safe shopping environment, and ensure products are readily available, enhancing the ease of shopping
- Take ownership of the guest experience, actively seeking feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a POS system and cash handling
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- One (1) year Retail Sales experience
- One (1) year Cash Handling experience
- Previous work experience in a similar resort setting and ability to operate a retail POS system
- Takes pride in their work, is detail oriented and can multitask
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish, in both written and verbal forms
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- At least six (6) months of previous Retail Sales experience to include cash handling
- Ability to work varied shifts to include graveyard/swing shifts, as well as weekends and holidays
- Alcohol Awareness Card
- 21 years of age or older
