Salary : $22.00 Per Hour
Hours : 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities :
- Welding and Fabrication : Perform welding tasks using processes such as MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), and Flux Core (FCAW) to join metal parts together, ensuring high-quality welds that meet project specifications.
- Reading Blueprints and Schematics : Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the welds and materials needed for the job.
- Metal Cutting and Preparation : Cut, shape, and prepare steel or other metals using tools such as torches, grinders, and saws, ensuring precise measurements and cuts.
- Structural Assembly : Assemble and fit metal components together according to plans, ensuring all connections and joints are secure and properly aligned.
- Inspection and Quality Control : Inspect welds and structures for defects, cracks, or weaknesses, and perform repairs or modifications as necessary to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other welders, fabricators, engineers, and construction teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
