Position: Transformation Office - Project Manager
The Transformation Office Project Manager will execute on prioritized projects and initiatives. This role is responsible for planning necessary work, executing on identified work efforts and tasks, driving performance of the project’s anticipated results and targeted benefits, monitoring project performance, and informing key stakeholders on progress. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and at the expected benefit level.
This role will report into the Transformation & Operational Excellence Office Lead.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead chartering, scoping, resourcing, and business case development for prioritized initiatives.
- Use proper project management to organize work; keep on schedule, budget, and scope.
- Establish project measures of success and goals; ensure benefits are tracked over time.
- Take personal ownership of projects and responsibility to deliver results with a ‘hands-on’ approach in application of project management expertise to produce outcomes.
- Lead and drive data collection efforts necessary to establish current state process performance, deficiencies, and capabilities; refine for future state monitoring and control.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to key stakeholders, partner with Central Intake and Performance Lead to capture data for Portfolio performance measures.
- Partner with Change Management and Communications lead and built frameworks to deliver Change as a part of Project Plan, in alignment with defined strategy, at the appropriate level, including Training, Communications, and Department, Team Meetings and/or Town Halls,
- Partner with Process Engineer to incorporate problem solving, process design, root cause analysis, or other process improvement efforts into the project plan as required.
- Partner with IT resources to ensure IT work is incorporated into the plan. including Discovery, Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, Testing, and QA.
- Facilitate and drive meetings and working sessions to outcomes, including Agendas, distributing Minutes, and following up on action items.
- Manage Risks and Issues proactively, calling attention to obstacles and impediments to progress.
- Enact Change Management processes for Scope Changes and provide visibility into any benefit degradation or measure of success impediment identified through project execution.
- Lead pilots & design concepts and compile and publish results with actionable insights.
- Develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility across the business and all organizational levels; strive to obtain the support, engagement, and effort to be successful.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills; Strong working knowledge of MS Office products
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple assignments is required.
- Detail oriented, with proven time management and organization skills
- Strong business acumen, with proven ability to learn quickly and get up to speed.
- Comfortable raising questions, issues, objections, and ideas at all levels of the organization.
- Able to lead projects in unfamiliar areas requiring different types of approaches and tools.
- PMP or related Project leader certification preferred.

Salary : $65,400 - $82,800
