What are the responsibilities and job description for the Courier- Evenings position at MHS Labs?
Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from around 2:00pm to 8:00pm. (Approximately 30 hours per week)
MHS Labs is a clinical medical laboratory located in Monroeville, PA. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Courier to transport specimens from specified accounts in the tri-state area. Must have a valid driver's license.
COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIRED (Unless medical or religious documentation can be provided)
Job Responsibilities:
- Map out routes to destinations to ensure the timely delivery of medical items
- Accurately receive, store, verify and take inventory of medical items to be collected or delivered
- Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
- Assist with maintenance of vehicles
- Put together kits as needed
Requirements
· Valid driver's license
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
· Ability to drive long distances and sit for long hours
· Ability to pass a drug and background screening
