Transload Operator / Fly Ash Division

MHX is currently hiring a full-time Fly Ash Transload Operator In Fontana CALIFORNIA

Must Be Able to work any day as this will be a 3-5 day work week 8-12 hour days.

Must Be Able: to drag hoses that can weigh up to 60lbs, and have good math skills and attention to detail.

We are in the Transload and Transportation Industry and have been in operation for over 50 years. We provide a variety of Transload and Transportation Services such as receiving and unloading of rail cars. . We also provide Truck Transportation Services for the movement of multi-commodity materials, Containment and Warehousing.

Responsibilities of this role involve physically intense work that requires receiving, unloading and arranging of heavy equipment that come in and out of the warehouse. This individual may operate a Forklift or a Crane.

MUST HAVE OPEN AVAIL**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand and follow operating procedures and policies
• Operate Forklifts and be responsible for safe operation of equipment
• Operate or learn to operate railcar loading and unloading
• Enforce safety policies and procedures at all time
• Perform basic labor tasks using hand tools, but also operate power equipment (non-driver) as assigned
• Perform general duties required to complete work; perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 years relevant experience
• Must possess knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, basic repair of equipment
• Must have experience working with heavy equipment
• Having experience operating heavy duty forklift of 36,000 lbs. or above is a plus!
• Must have knowledge in receiving and unloading of rail cars

Pay: $19.75 - $20.00 per hour
