Mi Casa Child Center is seeking a motivated and experienced Director to lead our team of childcare professionals in providing high-quality care and education to children. The Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the childcare center, including program development, staff management, and financial management. The successful candidate must have a growth mindset and a positive attitude, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication and leadership.
- Oversee all operations of the center, including managing staff, finances, and facilities
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to staff
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture that supports the growth and development of all children and staff
- Maintain positive relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct regular assessments of the center's performance and make necessary adjustments to improve quality
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management and regulatory agencies as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
