Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to join our team. As an Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control. This includes monitoring inventory levels, conducting audits, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Overview:

· Coordinate the activities of the inventory team daily.

· Responsible for posting systematic transactions in accordance with inventory processes for outstanding purchase orders and internal product transfers.

· Responsible for executing designated tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

· Conduct root cause analysis on inventory issues.

· Establish and maintain operational procedures promoting acceptable process adherence.

· Responsible for achieving or exceeding functional area KPI’s.

· Ensure that associates follow all mandated safety requirements and Company policies and procedures.

· Ability to actively listen, seek information, and ask questions to ensure the understanding of underlying concerns of others.

· Responsible for associates in their area of responsibility; tracks attendance, monitors performance and manages overtime.

· Ability to understand issues and make systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information.

· Ability to oversee other warehouse functions as needed, such as cycle counts and inventory management.

· Ability to work overtime as needed.

3 years prior experience leading an inventory team in a fast-paced environment.

Computer proficiency including MS Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. Microsoft ERP/CRM experience is a plus.

Previous experience preforming cycle counts with accuracy.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 an hour

Schedule:

• 8.5 hour shift Monday – Thursday and 6 hour shift on Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed.

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: Inventory Control: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
