Office Assistant - Security and Luxury Transportation (Part-Time)

Location: North Miami, FL
Hours: 25-35 per week
Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour based on experience; possibility to earn and grow in the career ladder internally

Responsibilities:

Assist with HR tasks, including employee scheduling, record-keeping and organization of files
Manage invoices and billing
Maintenance and ongoing update of business calendar
Provide general office support as needed by management (attending to emails, leads, client requests, organizing internal documents on virtual databases and in-office paperwork)

Requirements:

Fluent in English
Russian or Ukrainian language skills a plus
Must be autonomous and train quickly
Background check will be done
Authorized to work in the USA
