Supply Clerk

• Responsible for maintaining Nursing supply inventory and replenishing as necessary

• Distributes medical supplies to nursing stations per established department procedures

• Assists receiving and central stores

• Assists with the completion of office supply requisitions

• Assists with campus-wide deliveries

• Participates in department meetings and in-services as necessary

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Two years’ experience in warehouse work, heavy lifting

Licenses/Certifications:

• N/A

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with pallet jack, hand cart

Environment Work Conditions:

• Exposure to environmental temperature changes

• Exposure to non-weather-related humid conditions where humidity is sufficiently high to cause bodily discomfort

• Involves walking long distances, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling

• Work requires frequent lifting of 10 to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of objects not to exceed 50 pounds
