Responsibilities:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Cleaning office areas
- Maintain the facilities: restrooms, break room and general common area.
- Sanitizing the areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Making sure everything is organized
- Cleaning outside parking lot
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Making sure entired facility is clean and organized
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Performs special cleaning projects as assigned
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing is a plus
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Skills:
- Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces and areas within the facility
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to report any issues or concerns
This position offers competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
