What You’ll Do: Manage medium to large and diverse teams across geographies Plan and execute medium to large multi-locale, multilingual, multi-currency B2C sites Managing e-commerce projects on commerce cloud platform using the latest technologies Coordinating with customer teams and internal teams with excellent business communication skills Liaise with Vendor executive management for escalation, issue resolution Ensure project deadlines are met and take appropriate corrective and preventive measures Create Project Plans and track them till closure Analyse and own the risk mitigation plan Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, provide review feedback Conduct project reviews and create status reports Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary You’ll Need to Have: Project Manager with 3 years of experience Experience in at least one enterprise commerce cloud platform among the following (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce Cloud, EPiServer Commerce Cloud etc.,) Vendor management experience, working with offshore teams We’d Love to See: SFCC (B2C / B2B) experience Experience managing SFCC Projects Strong eCommerce domain knowledge Online tools knowledge such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office Tools Experienced in Agile/ Scrum development and delivery methodology MK Perks: Generous Holiday Schedule and Vacation Days Summer Fridays Internal mobility across Capri Brands (Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, Versace) Cross-brand Discount Exclusive Employee Sales Fav 5 Cards (MK Discount for friends and family) 401k Match Paid Parental Leave Thrive Wellness Program (seasonal in-office massages and more!)
