With a rich history of successful projects and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking a highly motivated and talented Assistant Project Engineer to join our expanding operations in Lexington, KY.
Job Description
The Assistant Project Engineer will be responsible for the following:
Collaborating with the project team to ensure the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Conducting on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Assisting in the review of project designs and specifications to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
Providing technical support to the project team and addressing any engineering-related issues that may arise during construction.
Contributing to project meetings and providing regular updates to the Project Engineer and other team members.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Project Engineer will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2-3 years experience
Previous experience in a construction-related role is preferred.
Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in relevant software and tools, including project management software.
