Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Overseeing & managing Large Public Academic projects from start through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinating & collaborating with necessary project parites
- Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
- Developing relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication
- Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
- Upholding company image / professionalism

The Successful Applicant
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- 8 years experience as a Superintendent / Assistant Super with a GC
- Commutable to RI area
- Strong background in large scale ground-up commercial work along the lines of (K-12, higher-ed, institutional, state, federal, healthcare - not residential or multifamily)
- Solid Tenure with a reputable GC
- Proven ability to run a large job - the project will be around $60M - open to someone who has a lot of LARGE project experience as a second super and is ready to take that next step
