The traveling construction superintendent will be working on ground up tilt wall and light industrial buildings throughout the country. The majority of the projects are large scale tilt wall, warehouses, distribution centers, and cold storage facilities.

My client is a premier General Contractor in the DFW metroplex with an excellent reputation. They are seeking a Superintendent due to a backlog of projects through 2025. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tilt wall or light industrial Construction.
Description
- Work directly with project managers to oversee project from conception to completion
- Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site
- Plan and coordinate all daily activities at the job site
- Enforce OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality
- Maintain complete and organized records of the job site
- Manage efficient & timely project close-out including punch list completion, as-built review, attic stock demobilization, etc.
Profile
- 5 years of Superintendent experience within the General Contractor space
- OSHA 30 certified
- Experience with BlueBeam, ProCore, P6 or other Project Management software preferred but not required
- Experience running projects $7M and up
- Must have ground-up experience
- Idustrial or tilt wall Project Experience a huge plus
