Job Description
- Produce conceptual, schematic, and design development budgets
- Review plans for consistency and accuracy
- Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
- Coordinate relationships and negotiate with subcontractors on material and labor costs
- Manage all levels of take-offs while applying unit prices
- Collaborate with construction team to analyze and maintain operating cost

The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of estimating experience with a general contractor
- Preferably have a degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Well versed in Procore, Bluebeam and other estimating software's
- Excellent organization skills
- Understanding of Construction Systems
- OSHA certification is preferred
What's on Offer
- Base salary of $110,000- $130,000, depending on experience
- Performance based bonus potential
