Description
- Help define the infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
- Manage Corporate IT projects through the full lifecycle - from planning to execution, through to deployment and training with little oversight from project sponsors.
- Monitor essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs..
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
- Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.
- Develop Business Continuity Procedures, and maintain data backups.
- Manage relationships with external vendors.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT- role role conducting IT capability assessments/defining future state.
- Solid familiarity with best practices around Security in IT.
- Experience managing both Windows and MacOS environments.
- A team player with an ability to work autonomously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
